Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Be legally permitted to use financial, educational, and digital services in your jurisdiction

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
AthletiQ is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account

4. Nature of the Service

AthletiQ provides:

AthletiQ does not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on information provided are made at your own risk.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases and/or approved third-party payment processors
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via your Apple ID settings
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies

Misuse the Services
Engage in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
